Central Falls, RI – USA Veterans & Military Support Foundation (USAVMSF) has received grant funding from Bob Woodruff Foundation (BWF) to support its Food4Vets program to combat food insecurity in RI Veterans.

In addition to this funding, USA Veterans & Military Support Foundation was selected as a member of BWF’s Local Partner Network in which various partners have opportunities to share ideas, best practices and offer potential collaborative opportunities. Don Cox, President of USAVMSF said “Being a part of this local network will be quite a benefit to USAVMSF. While we have specific expertise in food distributions systems, there is always more to learn and we look forward to working with other partners and learning from them and the Bob Woodruff Foundation.”

USAVMSF will also be providing foods through other Rhode Island community organizations that also serve veterans and their families.
